HOW TO GET ANY CREAM LIPSTICK TO BE COMPLETELY MATTE

Not too long ago Smashbox came out with the Insta-Matte Lipstick Transformer. You can take any cream lipstick of yours and put this on top of it and voila! It’s instantly matte. I think it’s so cool. And yes I know a lot of people think that they can just take their powder and put on and get the same effect .. And yes you can absolutely do that, but this a cool alternative and perfect for the makeup artists out there. I personally don’t like putting powder on my lips, so I think I would like this. It’s not drying and some people even says it made their lips look fuller.
